Terms and Conditions

These Terms of Service, together with the signed Order Form between YOLO (Operates by “WEB3 ltd”) and Customer, constitute a legally binding agreement between YOLO and Customer (the “Agreement”), effective as of the date of the last signature on the Order Form (the “Effective Date”). YOLO and Customer are referred to in these Terms of Service individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”

DEFINITIONS In addition to words and phrases defined elsewhere in the Agreement, the following words and phrases shall have these meanings:

“Platform” means the technology platform that used for building the website

“Access” means any occurrence in which Customer or any of its Permitted Users logs onto or otherwise accesses any of YOLO’s Services.

“Copy” means any copy or other reproduction, in whole or in part, of the specified item or information, whether made by mechanical or any other means.

“Documentation” means any and all documentation and other written materials pertaining to the Portal or the Services that YOLO provides to Customer pursuant to the Agreement.

“Improvement” means any improvement, enhancement, derivative work, error correction, bug fix, workaround, or other modification of the YOLO software associated with the Portal.

“Laws” means any and all applicable federal, state, foreign, and international laws, rules, regulations, codes, statutes, ordinances, requirements, plans, treaties, compacts, proclamations, conventions, orders, and all official interpretations of any and all of the foregoing.

“Person” means any individual, corporation, partnership, trust, Limited Liability Company, association, organization, governmental authority, or other legal entity of any kind.

“Services” means all services described below.


YOLO services

YOLO collects and promote products that provided by 3rd party vendors, across the world. All orders will be shipped by the origin vendor, according to each vendor terms, charges and carrier.

Time estimation and tracking number (if given), will be provided by YOLO, according to each vendor information.


Description and Price of Goods

We have taken every care to describe and show all items as accurately as possible, and with accordance to the manufacturer's specification. Despite this, a slight variation in items may occur.  We provide you with product information on the website.  If there is anything, which you do not understand, or if you wish to obtain further information, please contact the Customer Service Team via email: info@yolocollect.com

Prices on the website are in USD and include VAT.

Every effort is made to ensure the prices shown on the website are accurate at the time of placing an order. If an item has been under priced in error, we will contact you and offer the following three options:

  1. Placement of a new order at the correct price of the goods;
  2. Cancellation of the whole order;
  3. Cancellation of your order for the mis-priced goods and reconfirmation of your order for the correctly priced goods.

If you do not choose one of the three available options within 14 days, your order will be cancelled, or the under priced item(s) will be removed from your order. Any payment received from you with respect to the cancelled item(s) will be credited back to your original method of payment.

If, within 3 working days of accepting your order, we discover that all of the items are unavailable, we will email you to request if you would like an alternative item or refund, if a refund is chosen it will be processed within 3 working days.  If we do not receive a reply within 14 working days the order will be cancelled and refunded in full.  The refund will be credited back to your original method of payment.


Delivery will be made to the address specified through our checkout when you complete your order, by the origin vendor

Should you wish to change the delivery address after goods have been dispatched, we will require you to following:

  1. Cover the delivery charges for the redirection (please note re-direction is available in some cases, and needs to be confirmed by YOLO). The charges will be the same as the original delivery charge. Please be aware that the redirection approval is subject to your order and account status.
  2. Origin vendor confirmation. Contact the vendor will be done on use behalf, by YOLO, and final response will be provided the user no more than 3 days after it will be received from the origin vendor.

Orders will be delivered according to each vendor's terms. All terms will be specified under each product's description.

By exercising your right to cancel, you are required to return the goods, at your own cost, to YOLO. If you fail to return the goods within 14 days, we reserve the right to charge you for any costs incurred during retrieving the goods from you.

YOLO will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery. In this event, we will inform you of any delays as soon as possible.

YOLO will not substitute an item without contacting you first regarding your order(s).

  1. Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal express checkout service, and shall be due together with the goods while placing the order.  If your payment fails your order will be cancelled.


No goods will be dispatched until payment has been made in full, and the funds have cleared.

Website prices are listed in USD and this is the accepted payment currency.


Right of Cancellation

Any cancelation after placing the order(s) and before dispatching the good(s), needs to be confirmed by YOLO. Written requests can be send to info@yolocollect.com Response will be received with no more than 3 days.

Should you wish to cancel your contract after the goods have been dispatched you will be responsible for returning the goods to YOLO within 30 days, at your own cost, unless the goods are faulty or mis-described. Refund will issue, according to Refund Policy terms.


Returns Procedure

We request photographic evidence for the following cases:

Damages items, wrong items delivered, significant difference compare to item's description, low quality, and any other reason.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and 'as new' to the Dispatch Depot:

Refund Policy

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the method of payment you used when you originally paid for your order. The refund amount will be the total amount you have paid for the particular order or a fraction of this, depending on the nature of the fault at hand. Please note: it is your responsibility to advise us of any changes to your PayPal email address. Refunds can take up to 10 working days to process.

Any case will be responded separately.


Limitation of Liability

YOLO will not be liable to you for any of the following cases:

  1. Trade mark, patent, copyrights violation
  2. Products not meeting the local laws, in terms of standard, licenses, safety etc.

All violation will be liable for the origin vendor. By placing an order, user is declaring that he review all product's definitions and he is aware that the product doesn't violate any local law.


Data Protection

YOLO will take all reasonable precautions to keep the details of your order and payment secure. However, unless YOLO are negligent, we will not be liable for unauthorized access to information supplied by you.

YOLO will not supply your details to any third party.



All though all effort is made to update product images on a regular basis product images are for illustrative purposes and may differ from the actual product.  Please note there will be variations in colors pertaining to products manufactured from natural materials.

All images provided by the 3rd party vendors, and can be found on public sites across the web.

Non- products Images on the website remain the Intellectual Property of YOLO.


Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of sale and the supply of the goods will be subject to Israeli law and the Israeli courts will have jurisdiction in respect of any dispute arising from the contract.


Protecting Your Security

All information provided by you will be treated securely according to Shopify ("Platform") standard.


Placing an Order

By placing an order with YOLO you are confirming you have read and agree to the terms, conditions and delivery times as laid out in writing on this site.  The contract of the sale is bound by the terms laid out in this document.

The contract laid out in this document is between YOLO and yourself, the customer.  In the event of goods shipped to an addressee other than yourself (the customer), we have no contract between ourselves and the end receiver of the goods shipped (your customer). In this case we cannot mediate any aspect of the sale between yourself (the customer) and the end receiver of the goods shipped (your customer).
